The K19 is an inline six-cylinder engine design from Cummins that is low-cost, yet productive and reliable. It is the proof that quality high-horsepower performance can come in a simple and compact package. The K19 has a power rating of 450 hp to 700 hp (336 –522 kW), and is powered by the Cummins PT® fuel system, which ensures its fuel efficiency. The K19 design was developed from the K50, resulting in a machine with vastly improved qualities, greater stability and optimum performance ideal for heavy duty mining applications such as blast hole drills, excavators, haul trucks, & wheeled loaders.
